SERVICE FEES

A guide below to our fee structure at Creekside.

It's free to give us a call to firstly have a chat to decide if we are the service that you'd like to connect with.

MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT PLAN

If you have a mental health treatment plan (MHTP), which is assessed by your GP/Doctor, you can access support with medicare rebates from our Accredited Mental Health Social Worker.  Medicare rebates are only available if the MHTP has been sent to us, or is provided at the appointment.

You may be eligible for 10 sessions per calendar year @ 60 minutes a session with a review with your GP required after 6 sessions.  We hope to make our service accessible to you and have a scaled income fee schedule as outlined below.

Low: Bulk Billing available 

Medium: Gap fee $30

High: Gap fee $40

NO MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT PLAN, NDIS or HOME CARE PACKAGE?

A general indication of our fee structure is outlined below for 60 minute, in person sessions.

 

Low: $80

Medium: $100

High: $120

*Additional costs may be added for travel, materials or activity based support.

* The above fee schedules are an indication only (Telehealth fees will differ slightly).  Appointment fees will be discussed and clarified with you prior to your first appointment. ​

Private Health Insurance

​

The following health funds recognise Australian Mental Health Social Workers (AMHSW) and you may be eligible for claiming money back when partipating in sessions with our AMHSW if you have private health insurance with any of the following providers:

-St Lukes Health 

Bupa

- HCF

- Teachers Health Fund

*The Australian Regional Health Group has added accredited AMHSWs to its Ancillary Provider Accreditation Service so check with your private health fund if rebates may be available to you.​
